Poster Submission
The poster presentation is a great opportunity for researchers and students to showcase their work which stimulates discussions of experiences and challenges in computer applications and technological solutions in the era of COVID 19.
Authors are encouraged to submit poster abstracts which can include presenting new research ideas, demonstrating their ongoing work, evaluating methods, showing experimentation’s results, discussing case study reports, or even summarizing recently published work of their own.
Poster Submission Guidelines
The following are guidelines for poster preparation:
- The maximum acceptable size for a poster is 70×100 cm and should be in portrait format (vertical orientation).
- The title of the poster must be typed in block (capital) letters that are at least 8 to 10 cm high.
- All text must be readable from a distance of 1 to 2 meters.
- All graphs and charts must be at least 25 X 30 cm.
- Number your materials sequentially in the poster.
- Provide an introduction and a summary for your poster.
- Each poster presenter is required to defend the poster during the respective poster session.
